Here is a favorite family breakfast recipe that I cannot find exactly like I make it online, so I am writing a post about it.
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup milk
2 table spoons melted butter
1 cup fruit.
Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
Grease a 9 inch glass pie plate.
Beat all ingredients except fruit until smooth.
Pour into the pie plate.
Spread seasonal fruit evenly across the top.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
